You must be at least 13 years of age to use Soleaa. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

To access Soleaa, you must create an account using your name and email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit permission.

Soleaa provides creators with tools to organise their brand deals, content, goals, and strategy in one place. The core Soleaa platform is provided free of charge to creators.

Soleaa also offers an agency layer for talent agencies and management companies, available on a paid subscription basis. Agency subscription terms are governed by a separate agreement provided at the time of subscription.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within Soleaa, including brand deal information, content ideas, goals, and any other materials ("Your Content").

By using Soleaa, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including advertising, without your explicit permission.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

You agree to use Soleaa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional materials
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

The Soleaa platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Soleaa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Soleaa intellectual property to you.

The Soleaa name, wordmark, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Soleaa. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Soleaa may use third-party services to deliver certain functionality, including push notification delivery via Apple Push Notification Service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Your use of such features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms of service.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleaa disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soleaa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soleaa regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
