• To provide you with access to the Soleaa platform and its features

If you opt in to push notifications, we use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications to your device. These services are provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively. Your device token is transmitted to these services solely for the purpose of delivering notifications. We do not use your notification data for any other purpose.

You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Soleaa, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
